This was a child. A baby. Whose mother picked out a casket. A CASKET. Because a white woman lied on her son. And now another white woman is drawing his image. His likeness. Without consent. And that image is art…much like the black bodies hanging from trees were also photographed and those images were sold as art. Just like black bodies were purchased into slavery. Were raped into slavery. Were separated into slavery. Culled. And those who profited…white.
Our dead bodies. Our live bodies. Are not yours for the taking.  STOP SELLING US.
